Order & Shipping Guideline

IMPORTANCE: We are using Express Post for Plants and Standard Post for other products. Orders with posting for plants should be placed separately from other products. If you mix plants and other products in your posting order, unfortunately we have to cancel your order and refund you. You can mix plants with other products if you are choosing pickup or delivery.

EXPRESS POSTING VIA AUSTRALIA POST FOR PLANTS

Your beautiful picked plants will be posted using "Express Post" only to ensure health and safety of your plants. Tracking numbers are always provided to you immediately after posted. Currently, we only post orders once every week.

CUT OFF TIME is THURSDAY 11:59pm AEST, Order will be posted on next Monday (to ensure your plant spend as little time as possible in transit). Orders and Payments after the cut off period will be sent the following Monday.

Express Post guarantee from AusPost is currently suspended: Express Post remains our fastest postal delivery option, but current circumstances mean AusPost can't guarantee next-business-day delivery at the moment. Thus, you can expect your order will arrive from 1-3 days after we post it.

All plants are posted bare rooted without pots and potting mix.

Colours and sizes of plants are likely to change throughout the season due to many factors. Your plants might appear slightly different: dry, smaller or bigger and in lighter colour when received.

We cannot post PLANTS to WA, TAS, and NT due to quarantine restrictions.
